The Glenlee (otherwise known as The Tall Ship) is one of only 5 Clydebuilt sailing ships in the world that remain afloat! The Tall Ship offers nautically themed events and activities including fun and informative talks and tours and costumed volunteer days! Explore almost every nook and cranny of The Glenlee with their brand new audio guide facility, now including the refurbished Captain's Cabin!

A fun way to learn the history of the ship and really get into the experience fully. ) and put your questions to the enthusiastic and hard working ship's crew. 30am, with families and the general public welcome.

Plus you've got the onboard shop and cafe for nautical gifts and tasty lunchtime treats! A worthwhile place to spend your pocket money as a little profit there is how they can open for exploration for free! It's just 10 minutes' walk from Partick station and the Riverside Museum is also right next door with motor cars climbing the walls, bikes hanging from the ceiling and a train's engine apparently hovering in mezzanine as well as interactive displays!

So there are loads of ways to extend your day trip without even getting in the car!
