The Outdoor Sports Centre

The Outdoor Sports Centre offers a huge range of space and equipment for active activities including cricket pitches, multi-purpose pitches for football and hockey, tennis courts, rounders, rugby, cricket, bowls, a cyclocross and BMX track, an assault course style trim trail, grass football, an athletics track and even a crazy golf course! Absolutely loads to choose form and so brilliant for a large family with mixed interests: everybody gets to do something they love, just take it turns! It can be a one stop shop or you can spend the entire day doing one excellent activity after another and best of all there's nothing that parents can't join in with - no matter what they tell you!

A great way to keep fit and healthy, active and laughing, regardless of age and ability, weather or any of the other things which generally interfere with your fun! You can also get in here with the Southampton Hockey Club if you're interested in that, or if the location isn't great for you you can also book a lot of their activities at differing locations, including Lordshill Recreation Ground, Mayfield Park, Hoglands Park, Millbrook Park, Riverside Park, Veracity Sports Ground and the Green Park! So no excuses for anyone not to go along and have a brilliant time getting fitter and exercising your smile muscles too!
