About

Siblyback Lake is surrounded by the striking Bodmin Moor offering a wide range of activities for adventurers of all ages. There is plenty to do at this scenic lake including miles of walks, cycle trails, kids' play areas and a cafe overlooking the water. Whether you are looking for a quiet retreat or an action-packed break, Siblyback has something for all to enjoy.

The 3-mile round lake path is popular with walkers, runners and cyclists and is also suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. The path, which runs adjacent to the lake, passes by the impressive Siblyback Dam and through woodlands. Don't forget to bring a camera, because Siblyback is home to a variety of wildlife, so make sure you visit the bird-hide and enjoy spotting the amazing array of flora and fauna surrounding you.

Take to the water and hire a variety of watersports equipment including kayaks, canoes and stand-up paddleboards or, if you have your own kit, you can even launch it on the lake. You can also extend your stay and camp next to the lake. The small and family-friendly-campsite has a choice of electric and non-electric pitches for tents and small motorhomes.
