About
West Hoe Park is a park with a large childrens play area, a miniature railway and putting green, crazy golf, trampolines, merry-go-round and bouncy castle. The playground has a wheelchair roundabout, accessible swing seat, cone climber, dragonfly see-saw and multi-play unit plus there is a Secret Garden with wooden climbing features dotted through the glade. Take a ride on the Gus Honeybun miniature train and possibly have a go on the bouncy castle and merry-go-round while you are there.
Every year during August, Play Day transforms the park into a real festival event for children of all ages. Different organizations from Plymouth provide a range of activities from soft play, to bushcraft, to bouncy castles, storytelling and water play.
