About

The pretty new Victoria Park Splashpad uses a mixture of raised troughs and sunken rills to make sure the fun is always flowing and with buttons to squirt water into action, or barriers to hold it back, so there are so many ways to play. Even cloudy days can bring watery fun, as children do not have to get wet when using the new equipment. The water used by the new play equipment is continuously filtered and treated to maintain a high standard of cleanliness so you don't have to rush on and have words every time the crazy creatures gargle with the stuff.

A variety of childrens play equipment for a range of ages is available in addition to a paddling pool for Summer usage. There are changing rooms and facilities in the Pavillion if the kids are past the point of wanting to do it out in the open or behind a towel. The skating facility at Victoria Park mixes wooden and metal equipment for your discriminating selection, including half pipe, quarter pipes, a street spine and a grind box!

The outdoor Trim Trail style set of gym equipment is suitable for teenagers through to adults' use and the outdoor table tennis table is left available year round for free so long as you bring both your own ping and your own pong. Within the fenced skating area there is also a basketball hoop for one-on-ones or simply shooting practice, plus there are 3 full size tennis courts available for hiring through pre arrangement.

Good for: all ages, babies toddlers, older children, teenagers, young children
