About

Turner Contemporary This art gallery is free to visit and runs an ever changing and evolving collection of exhibitions always suitable for families and kids but always differing too so repeat visits are just as much pleasure! There is a special room set aside for kids which features toys, games and activities which is handy! It has extra features during school holidays and at weekends.

Through the Public Learning programme they also regularly host events, workshops, projects, talks, film screenings and live performances! Plus take their pocket money along because there are exhibition mementoes available in the shop. It's worst noting that to encourage foot traffic in the town there's no parking at the gallery, nearest is Trinity Square at CT9 1HR or College Square (Morrison's multi storey) at CT9 1QA.

Good for: older children, teenagers, young children
