About

Pull on your wellies and get the dogs in the car. Thurrock Thameside Nature Park is the perfect spot for a muddy Sunday walk. This former landfill has been brought back to life with footpaths and cycle ways, leading guests through 120 acres of parkland.

There are lovely views over the Thames Estuary and Mucking Flats, as well as an extensive outdoor play area. Keen-eyed visitors will love the chance to birdwatch with many local species making their home here. At certain times of day, you can even spy ships making their way up the estuary!

When everyone’s ready for a break, take time at the café and see what treats you can find in the gift shop.
