The Secret Forest

Festive opening - 10th - 24th December. Join us for a magical journey through the secret forest, grab your lanterns and get ready to see what our forest folk are up to for the festive season. In Bogglinton the grumpy Bogglins are full of festive cheer singing carols and decorating their burrow homes.

The fairies have been busy adorning the trees with twinkling lights and even the Witch is getting into the Christmas spirit. Warm up with seasonal treats in Santa's village and visit the man himself in his woodland grotto. Visit our website for more information and to purchase tickets.

The secret forest is a natural woodland trail with lots of exciting things to discover along the way. As you progress through the trail you'll discover the legends behind the forest, stories of characters from bygone years and the villages and houses of the mystical folk who live in the the secret forest.

Explore deeper into the woods to see if you find the witch, is she at home, peer inside her scary home to find out and beware of the her grumpy cat. It is said that a dragon also lives in the woods, discover his name by finding clues dotted around the trail and be sure to have it to hand to call to him when you meet. The secret forest offers a real chance for your little ones to let their imaginations run wild as they explore.

Within the trail are play areas with climbing frames, slides and more. As well as Sir Vavasour's Castle, fairy castle, willow tunnel, sand pit and labyrinth. Complete our treasure hunt and find the keys to unlock our Dragons name.

Our broomstick cafe offers a selection of hot and cold snack to keep your little adventurers fuelled up for all that exploring.
