Why try stand-up paddleboarding? Not only is it great core exercise, but it's a fantastic way to see the world from the water. At SUP Gloucester, you'll get great views of the historic city docks and get to paddleboard alongside tall ships, gazing up at them from an angle that normally only fish get to see.

The instructor will take you through water safety, paddling skills and board control in whatever location you choose: Gloucester Docks, the River Severn, or the canal. You can choose from beginners lessons that last 2 hours, to half or full day trips up the river. There are no costs involved for this unusual and unforgettable family day out—all equipment, wetsuits and buoyancy aids included, changing facilities and showers are provided by SUP Gloucester.

There are even lunch options with nearby Peppers Café, so nothing will interrupt your day! After your paddling experience, high-res pictures of your trip can be sent to you free of charge so you won't forget what a fun day out you had!
