St Margarets Bay

At St Margaret’s Bay in Kent, you couldn’t get closer to France unless you actually went there! This shingle beach is only 18 miles from the country, so if you’re lucky and it’s a clear day you may well be able to see it. With gorgeous white cliffs and clear blue ocean, it makes for a very scenic day trip. There’s also some great rockpools, so your little explorers can have a peak and see what they can find.
