Get up close to the birds with the handling and flying experience or participate in the "Hawk Walk" where the birds follow you.
Take part in a hunting day where you will be given your own hawk for the day, taught how to handle them and get to know their hunting habits from a hunting expert and falconer. There are a number of other experiences on offer but advance booking for these are necessary. Try your hand at hunting with a hawk!
