Slades Farm Skate Park

Slades Farm Skate Park is a family skate park for in blading, roller skating and BMXing! It's unsupervised so be sure to keep an eye on them and also naturally because of the concrete features full padding and helmet should be worn. But you know that!

They have several pieces of play equipment to keep the kids happy when they're not skating too, including a nippy zip wire, whizzy roundabout, slick slide, high swings and a tree house! It's worth noting that other than the little tots' play trail most of the equipment is best suited to over 5s, so not ideal for families just brining toddlers. However there are also woodland nature trails winding around the edges of the park to follow and you can do much of this without them seeing the big kids' equipment.

There are sports pitches and changing facilities available for pre booking (contact the site office to do this, must be in advance not on the day) there is also a cycling centre managed by a local cyclists' group.
