About
Seaford Bay is a shingled beach that can get wild when the weather is bad but is usually okay. While swimming is good here be aware that there's a steep drop not far out into the bay, so exercise some caution beyond paddling. Lifeguard cover is weekends between April and September.
Locally there are a nature reserve and an old fort to explore, and immediate facilities include toilets, kiosks, cafe and first aid post. Please note that the contact details are for the local tourist information centre so please do plan your journey independently.
Good for: all ages, babies toddlers, older children, teenagers, young children
