Tickets: FOR INDIVIDUALS We require full payment of the bill to ensure the booking. There is a booking fee of £5.50 per table. There is a cool down period of 24 hours after the initial booking was made. If you cancel within this 24 hour period, we will give you a full refund minus the Cancellation Fee (£10 per person). If you cancel more than 24 hours after the booking, we will not refund any of your fare. You may prefer to change your tour instead. The change fee is £22.50 per person for tours within 2 weeks of the change request. The fee for tours will be changed to £10 per person for more than 2 weeks from the change request. FOR GROUPS (+ 10 people) We require a 50% down payment of the total bill in order to ensure the booking is non-refundable. 2 weeks prior to your booking, we require the full non-refundable payment.
